Statistically, 1% of the women being sex trafficked escape. With that difficult number in mind, we are asking individuals and businesses to give 1% a month so we can open a safe house in Palm Beach County.

There is no wrong answer here. The point is that it repeats, because a standing monthly gift is the only thing that lets us plan past the end of the month.

Why a safe house is the goal
When a woman escapes a trafficker she usually leaves with nothing but the clothes she is wearing, no family to turn to, no way to get hired, and often an addiction her trafficker arranged on purpose. Safety has to come first, because nothing else can be worked on until it does.
We ran a five bed house from 2013 to 2018 and sheltered 14 women. A full program runs 12 to 18 months. We can do it again, and monthly donors are how.
