Become a Home Town Hero
Statistically, 1% of the women being sex trafficked escape. With that difficult number in mind, we are asking individuals and businesses to give 1% a month so we can open a safe house here in Palm Beach County.

Volunteer with us
Your life will change as you watch someone take the first steps back toward their own. It is the most rewarding thing most of our volunteers have ever done.
The registration process is the same for everyone serving on an ongoing basis, including court ordered and school based community service volunteers, students and interns.
- Submit the application. Applications are processed within two working days.
- Register for a training. You will receive the volunteer manual and packet by email in advance.
- Submit a volunteering proposal following the guidelines explained in the training.
- Complete a background check through Sterling Volunteers once the proposal is approved.

- Career readiness mentors (background check required)
- Event volunteers for the Barn Dance and Pop-Ups
- Administrative and behind the scenes support

Companies who back us by discounting or donating goods and services, or by giving a percentage of income. Our laundromat partners let us set up in their lots every week, which is the single reason Pop-Up exists at all.

Nonprofits, congregations, agencies and coalitions tackling trafficking and exploitation from their own angle. Through Sharing One Love PBC we meet quarterly with 20 or more of them to coordinate care and close gaps.

Every week we hand out the ordinary things that are hard to come by when you have nothing.
- Rolls of quarters and laundry detergent
- Travel size toiletries and feminine hygiene products
- Clean, gently used women's clothing
- Bottled water and shelf stable snacks
- Gift cards for groceries, gas or pharmacies
- Narcan, if you are able to source it
